Above Sea Level has a complete four course meal with refreshers like mango and mint lassi and home-made yoghurt churned with fresh alphonso puree and cool mango
milkshake with ice cream. Also on offer are appetizers / salads like scrumptious
vegetable shammi kebab with raw mango and chilly mango chutney and mango gasbacho with poached river prawns.

For the maincourse, they have the marinated tofu and mango skewers with green mango salads and quina and rich Kerela fish curry cooked with ripe mangoes, curry leaf rice and dosa nigers.

Dessert is an essential part of the menu and they have the big Alphonsa cheese cake
served with blueberry compute and candid sugary apricots.Sweet mango Shrikhand
